I have experienced secondary infertility, miscarriage, a life-limited prenatal diagnosis and the death of my baby. I have also moved through fear to bring new life in after heartbreaking odds and soul crushing grief. Dancing intimately with the portals of life and death so close together changes our lives forever.

I believe in consciously grieving—nurturing ourselves while learning how to process all we have been through. Working with spirit does not deny our earthly feelings, or replace therapy, instead it provides a richness to the pain of child loss and infertility. Some answers to our questioning. A deeper understanding of life on earth and life after death.

We all have the ability to receive signs and messages from our children in the afterlife. The Soul Connection Sessions that I offer are designed to help you discover what that looks like between you and your child. Maybe it’s sitting in meditation and seeing images or hearing whispers. Watching a beautiful sunrise and thinking of them. Writing love notes in a journal and finding little responses coming back to you. Sometimes I hear and see things while I’m walking, driving, doing the dishes—it’s all sacred if it’s coming from your beloved. It doesn’t have to look like a séance or ceremony, although it certainly can. Tap into what feels right to you, and learn to trust what you receive. We will discuss how to connect to your own soul, it’s not just about baby. Learn to nurture yourself so you can raise your vibration to meet with your child, they want to bring you comfort and communicate with you. The love you feel for them is reverberating back at you. Let’s explore these ideas together.

SOUL CONNECTION SESSIONS

Each 60 minute session takes place over the phone, preferably in a quite location. It includes a chance to chat briefly about your experience and what you’re looking to tune into. I will then guide you through a yoga nidra meditation, also known as yogic sleep, to calm the nervous system. After a short period of silence, I will share what information I have received as a messenger for spirit babies and light children. We will then explore ideas to nurture yourself and your connection. If it feels right to you, we will end with an oracle deck card to further receive messages from the beyond.

Terms to know: Spirit Babies are souls coming into life (pre-birth) and Light Children are baby souls that have died (afterlife). I have known my daughter as both a Spirit Baby and a Light Child.

Bereavement

Choosing to conceive after the death of a baby comes with fear and anxiety. I will discuss ways to surrender and trust to the unknown, and how you can tune into your own intuition. We will tap into both the energies of spirit baby and light child to see what insight they can share.

Grief and gratitude are ever present. There are lots of emotions at play. I will discuss ways to nurture yourself and your connection to your children, whether they are in your womb or the afterlife.
